Photos roll live on the big screen during the party. Once you receive the download link by email, fetch the package and share via intranet or email.
Yes. The package price includes up to three active event days. Extra days have a flat add-on (see the prices on the home page). Longer events we arrange individually.
No. Everything happens on the phone: iPhone, Android and all other smartphones. All that's required is a camera and an internet connection.
Yes, contact us for a quote. Our standard packages cover up to 500 guests. For larger events we'll find a tailored solution.
Photos are stored on servers in Denmark with our Danish hosting provider Simply.com (EU). During the event, guests with your QR code or link can see the gallery and slideshow, and the organiser and any toastmasters you invite can manage it. After the party you download the package; we are not a long-term photo archive. Details are in our privacy policy.
Yes for the download package. Guests upload from their phone; we may resize for fast gallery and big-screen viewing, but the organiser download contains the original files at full resolution, ready to print or archive locally. The download link is typically active for about 30 days, so save the ZIP while it is available.
Yes. Turn on pre-approval so new photos stay hidden until you or the toastmaster approve them on a phone before they appear on the guest page or TV. You can also delete or reject uploads instantly from the toastmaster Inbox or admin. That live control is part of fest-appen, not just a shared cloud folder.
Guests keep the rights to photos they upload. The organiser is responsible for how the guest page and screen are used at the event. We host the content for the party and the time-limited download; we do not sell personal data. See Terms and the privacy policy for the full wording.
Fill in the form and we create your guest page. You get login by email, typically the same weekday (weekend: next business day), and a free 30-day trial with limited test content. No commitment until you order and pay. When you pay, you continue on the same guest page with the setup you already made.
